I practice all the techniques I teach and sincerely believe that keeping your fascia healthy is foundational to good health, living a pain-free life, and aging gracefully.

Upcoming Live Classes and Workshops
Weekly live classes focus on maintaining your fascia through stretching, posture, and movement. I sprinkle in yoga and natural movement concepts to add the variety your fascia needs and loves. Most classes are offered in person or through Zoom. Some are in-person only. We also have guest teachers offering classes!
Workshops are a great way to learn about your body, including how to self-treat with myofascial release. We offer a variety of workshops throughout the year.
We also offer a membership for those who want to focus on their health and participate regularly in our classes, workshops, and treatment sessions.

This YouTube Channel was created with a client and friend, Cheryl S. Cheryl is a strength and conditioning coach and multiple Ironman competitor.
