I see Amy as a client for MFR, I’ve been to her workshops and I’m taking her yoga classes on Zoom. Amy is excellent in all of these areas. She is a natural-born teacher and it shows as she is constantly relaying vital information and instruction while working with her clients and during classes. Amy is skillful, patient, teaches at your level and is passionate and enthusiastic about everything she does. I had a couple of Amy’s interns, who were her former students, work on me. I could see the respect they had for Amy which just showed they wanted to work with and continue learning from her.Amy’s website, newsletters and blogs are a fantastic way to get valuable information. I haven’t had the chance to read her book yet, but I know it will be packed full of vital and useful information for everyone who reads it.I highly recommend Amy and hope you’ll do yourself a favor by checking out her website, reading her book and taking a workshop and on-demand class. You won’t be sorry.

As a myofascial release therapist, Amy Mayer has been a true health care partner on my journey to wellness and fitness. I have referred several friends and relatives to her. She will take an extensive history, listen to your concerns, address them at your visit (note that long-standing issues generally require multiple visits), and always provides specific self-care strategies so that you can continue to improve! Great yoga classes, too, which focus on yoga + myofascial release + functional fitness for everyday life.

In 2019 I had the opportunity for personal evaluation by Amy with regards to my balance and alignment. Her insights about how to work with my fascia have been extremely helpful. Then I started taking her online Yoga and Natural Movement classes which enabled me to keep moving and learning despite the pandemic.

Amy is an amazing Myofascial Release therapist. She is great at finding the tight spots and relieving pain. Amy is also very skilled in postural training and education so not only does she help relieve your pain but teaches you how to keep it away with stretches and exercises. She also provides a variety of classes to help you on your healing journey. I plan to continue regular treatments with her to keep me in alignment!I have also had the opportunity to attend her classes as an OT and highly recommend them as well. Amy is very passionate about her work and is constantly researching the latest and greatest both for her clients and students.
